No showroom rentals, no trading-company photos. This is our own production base — steel bays, welding lines, paint shop and test tracks — the same floor where every carousel, coaster and thrill ride is cut, welded and run before it ships to you.
When you buy a ride from JH Amusement, it is produced by our own team on our own ground. Steel arrives at the gate and leaves as a tested, certified ride — design, fabrication, fiberglass, painting, electrical assembly and trial running all happen within the same fences you see below.
That vertical setup is why we can customize dimensions and themes without long delays, invite you to inspect work-in-progress at any stage, and fix issues on the spot — instead of coordinating five different subcontractors.
Fly into Zhengzhou and we will pick you up at the airport — or walk the floor with our engineers on a live video call from anywhere in the world.
Every stage below is photographed on our real production floor. This is the exact sequence your ride goes through — and you are welcome to witness any of it, live.
Hot-rolled steel is cut, rolled and jig-formed into the ride's main frame. Load-bearing members are dimensioned with a safety factor above the standard, and every structural weld is mapped before the torch is lit.
Fabrication Bay
Certified welders run the seams, then grind and dress every joint. Critical welds on rotating and lifting parts are inspected ultrasonically — the same discipline that lets our documentation pass CE / EN 13814 review.
Welding Line
Overhead cranes lift the rotating stars, arms and track sections into position. Alignment here decides how the ride will run for the next decade, so it is checked against jigs — not by eye.
Assembly Yard
Cabins, panels and themed sculptures are molded in-house, then primed and painted in automotive-grade paint. Your branding, colors and theme artwork are applied at this stage — on parts we made, not bought.
Paint & FRP
Before painting the final coat and before packing, every ride runs no-load and full-load for a combined 48 hours, plus a 125% overload test. You receive the run-in video and inspection records for approval.
Test Floor
Disassembled to container-friendly sections, wrapped, tagged and loaded with a photo-documented packing plan — plus installation drawings and English-speaking engineers for the commissioning at your park.
