Buying a ride overseas feels risky when you cannot see the factory. So here is the whole route an order takes through our Henan production base — the same eight stages for a kiddie train or a 40 m ferris wheel, only the scale changes.

1. Design and layout

Every order starts with your site. We sketch the ride position, queue path, safety envelope and power drop, and for park projects we prepare a 3D layout showing how the rides sit together. You approve the drawing before anything is cut.

2. Steel structure

Columns, arms, lattice sections and platforms are welded from specified steel tube, then shot-blasted and primed. Weld quality is checked before the frame goes to paint — this is the part of the machine you can never inspect again once it is painted and packed.

3. Fiberglass and theming

Cars, cabins, animals and decorative bodies are moulded in FRP in our own workshop, then sanded, primed and painted. Custom theming is where most of the visual value of the ride is created, and where we spend the most hand-work hours.

4. Electrical and drive assembly

Motors, gearboxes, control cabinets and wiring are assembled and labelled. Cabinets are wired to drawing, with emergency stop, overload protection and the safety interlocks your local inspection will look for.

5. Trial run and testing

The assembled ride is run loaded and unloaded, checking speed, braking, travel limits and noise. Nothing is packed before it has completed its trial running period in our yard.

6. Inspection and QC photos

Before packing, our QC team documents the finished ride: raw material check, in-process checks, assembly photos and final packing photos. Those photos are sent to you while the machine is still on our floor — not after it has sailed.

7. Export packing

Steel parts are bundled and braced, electrical parts are crated and moisture-protected, FRP bodies are padded against rubbing. You receive a packing list with box count, volume and weight so your freight forwarder can quote accurately.

8. Shipping, installation and after-sales

  1. Shipping: we load at the port, send you the loading photos and the full document set for import.
  2. Installation: our engineers supervise on site, or your team installs from our drawings with live video support from our workshop.
  3. Commissioning: trial run with your operators, and training on the daily safety checks.
  4. After-sales: 12-month warranty, spare parts shipped with the order, and a direct WhatsApp line to the engineer who built your ride.
Ask any supplier for the QC photo pack before shipping. A factory that documents every ride has nothing to hide.
