The terms that apply to quotations, orders, production, shipping, warranty and after-sales for amusement rides supplied by us.
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the configuration, quantity, Incoterms and port noted in the quotation; any change requires written reconfirmation.
Orders are confirmed by written PI (Proforma Invoice). Standard terms: 30% deposit with order, 70% balance before shipment after the buyer approves trial-run video and inspection photos. Other terms (L/C at sight, etc.) by written agreement.
Lead times are estimates from receipt of deposit and approved drawings. Sea freight, customs clearance and local transport are arranged per the agreed Incoterms. Delays caused by force majeure or buyer-side changes do not constitute breach.
Rides are manufactured per EN 13814 / relevant standards and factory-tested before shipment. Warranty is 12–24 months depending on model, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal operation. Consumables, glass, bulbs and misuse are excluded.
Installation drawings, manuals and operator training are provided. The buyer is responsible for foundation works, local permits, licensed operation and daily maintenance per the manual.
All designs, drawings, 3D renders and moulds produced by JH Amusement remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom moulds for exclusive designs may be purchased under separate agreement. OEM production is covered by NDA on request.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under any order is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Disputes are settled friendly first; failing that, by arbitration in China under CIETAC rules.
