Buyer Questions

Still not sure about something? Send your question directly — an engineer (not a sales bot) will answer within 12 hours.

Are your rides certified for import into my country?

Yes. All export rides come with CE certification and comply with EN 13814. We provide a complete documentation pack — general arrangement drawings, material certificates, electrical diagrams and load test reports — for local regulatory approval and insurance.

What is the typical production lead time?

Standard models ship in 15–30 days after deposit. Custom themed rides and large equipment such as giant wheels or boosters typically take 45–90 days depending on design complexity. Sea freight adds 20–40 days depending on destination.

Can you customize size, colour and theme?

Yes — around 70% of our orders are customized. We can change dimensions, cabin count, colour schemes, music, LED lighting packages and full thematic styling (dinosaurs, ocean, cartoon IP, local culture). Send sketches or reference photos and our design team will return 3D renders for approval.

Do you help with park layout and ride selection?

Absolutely. Send us your site dimensions, budget and target audience. Our design institute returns a 3D layout with zone planning, ride mix and ROI projection — free of charge for confirmed orders.

Do you install the rides and train our staff?

We provide full installation drawings and manuals, optional on-site engineer supervision, and operator training. For simpler rides we offer supervised video guidance to save travel cost.

What warranty and after-sales support do you offer?

12–24 months warranty depending on model, lifetime spare-parts supply and 24-hour response to any after-sales question. Annual inspection guidance is included.

How do I pay, and what are the payment terms?

We accept T/T, L/C at sight and other terms by agreement. Standard terms are 30% deposit with order and 70% balance before shipment, after you approve the factory trial-run video and inspection photos.

Can you produce OEM / ODM rides with our own brand?

Yes. We manufacture under customer brands, including custom paint, logo plates, manuals and packaging. OEM projects are covered by NDA on request.

How is the ride packed and shipped?

Frames are packed with steel supports, waterproof film and wooden cases for fragile parts. We handle FOB, CIF and door-to-door shipping and provide loading photos plus container plans before dispatch.

What if something is damaged during shipping?

Document the damage with photos and contact us within the claim window. We ship replacement parts for free under warranty, and our packing is insured for international transit.

Can I visit your factory or inspect before shipment?

Yes. You are welcome to visit our production base in Henan, China. If travel is not possible we arrange a live video inspection of your ride being tested before balance payment.

Do you supply spare parts long-term?

Yes — lifetime spare-parts supply for every ride we manufacture, normally dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
