Tekno Planes is a ride that combines 4 movements. A vertical arm carries a rotating bar that holds four cars, each with two seats, tied together. This tower planes is built to order for amusement parks, family entertainment centers and carnivals, with custom colors, theming and LED lighting available. Every unit is welded, assembled and trial-tested in our own factory before shipment, with CE documentation and worldwide shipping support.
Every unit is trial-run for 48 hours and overload-tested to 125% before shipment, and each order ships with a CE / EN 13814 documentation pack for customs and local approval. Size, color scheme, theme (dinosaurs, ocean, cartoon IP and more), music, LED layout and logo branding are all customizable — around 70% of our orders are tailored to the customer's site.

A standard Tower Planes (the standard capacity) is produced in about 25–45 days after the deposit and approved drawings. Custom-themed or oversized versions normally need 45–60 days. The Tower Planes is designed and manufactured to EN 13814 / ASTM F2291 principles and ships with a CE documentation pack: declaration of conformity, technical file, risk assessment, load calculation and test reports. Our factory holds ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 certification, and we also prepare documents for local approval in your market when required.
Yes — roughly 70% of our orders are customized. For the Tower Planes you can change dimensions, capacity, colour scheme (any RAL code), theme and decoration (ocean, dinosaur, cartoon IP and more), music, LED layout, cabin design and logo branding. OEM / ODM production from your own drawings or ideas is also welcome — send a sketch or reference photo and our engineers will quote it.
The Tower Planes is shipped knocked down into steel structure sections and fiberglass parts, packed with waterproof film, foam protection and seaworthy steel frames. Depending on the model it fits in one or more 40HQ containers. We handle FOB, CIF and door-to-door options, and send loading photos, packing list and container numbers before departure.
Every order includes detailed installation drawings, numbered parts, a wiring diagram and a video walkthrough — many customers assemble the Tower Planes themselves with their own crew. If you prefer, we can send an engineer to site for installation, commissioning and operator training; travel cost is quoted separately. A maintenance manual and operator instructions come with each unit.
The Tower Planes carries a 12–24 month warranty on the structure and main components, with lifetime supply of spare parts at factory price. A recommended wear-parts list is provided so you can keep critical items in stock. Technical support is available by WhatsApp, email or video call for as long as you operate the ride.
There is no minimum order — one unit of the Tower Planes is fine, and you can mix several ride types in one container to reduce freight. Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with the balance before shipment; L/C and other terms can be discussed. We will issue a proforma invoice listing every item, so there are no hidden cost surprises.
